The Door of Hope

“Weeping may endure for the night, but joy comes in the morning.”   Psalm 30:5

Thunder, lightning, darkness, oppression, gloom, fear.  No hope, no peace, no joy no love.                  Guilt, regret, despair, remorse, helplessness.            No where to run, no where to hide, no refuge, no escape.

God, do you hear me?  Do you care?                      Do you love me?  Will you rescue me?

Searching, asking, seeking, longing for peace, love, acceptance, hope.

A light shimmering, a listening ear, a loving heart, hope awakens.                                                          Tell, share, reveal, uncover, pain, wounds, anger, sorrow, guilt.

Purge, cleanse, release, forgive.                                Restore, heal, wholeness, deep peace.         Freedom!  Joy!  Blazing light!  Love!
